Trinity Presbyterian Church is committed to the centrality of the Scriptures
of the Old and New Testaments and the Ordinary Means of Grace.

At Trinity Presbyterian Church we hold that man's chief and highest end is to glorify God, and fully to enjoy him forever. We begin our catechism with this assertion; which we believe is taught in scripture. To glorify God is to set God highest in our thoughts. Glorifying God involves our worship. Glorifying God involves our religious affection or love for God. And Glorifying God involves our dedication to God’s service. We believe that we may enjoy God in this life by recognizing and enjoying His presence in His Word read and preached. We believe that we may enjoy God in the life to come (forever) by being in a state of His grace.

At Trinity Presbyterian Church we believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God, and are the only rule of faith and obedience. As such, in our worship we read the scriptures, we sing the scriptures, we preach the scriptures, and in our weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper we consume the Word of God.

At Trinity Presbyterian Church we view ourselves as a community in covenant with God. Our philosophy of ministry comes from Acts 2:42, “They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” We believe that these four actions, the reading, teaching and preaching of the scriptures, fellowship, the sacraments (Baptism and the Lord’s Supper), and prayer, are the ordinary means by which God imparts His grace to us. Therefore, we endeavor to make these ordinary means of grace readily available to the people of God.

At Trinity Presbyterian Church we have multiple discipleship opportunities. In addition to Sunday School classes which teach the catechisms to our children and offer a variety of topics for our adults, we also have multiple small group studies that meet throughout the week in the homes of various members.
